I discovered that my Samsung Dryer wasn’t heating up anymore this morning and after some trouble shooting I decided to search for a repair technician who could come in on the same day. Luckily i stumbled upon this gem of a company. Rahman was quick to the point about the potential cause of the problem over the phone and came over later this afternoon. Turned out it was a faulty thermometer. The repair was quick and the price quoted was very reasonable. Would recommend this company any day!

The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. I called SOS Appliance Repair Toronto last Tuesday and They put me on their schedule for the following day at 11AM Their (employee/coworker) called me later that same night (Tuesday) and asked if I had availability for him to come earlier on Wednesday. Technician showed up, walked me through how to disassemble my dryer, check for lint built up, how to do routine maintenance, and he had the part to fix my dryer on hand!

My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Ordered dishwasher installation. Technician Taras came same day , removed old dishwasher, installed new one. Tested few times, gave some tips. Paid reasonable price. When I called to schedule job - had conversation with dispatcher Vlad - who was also friendly. Highly recommend!!!

We had an issue with our gas fireplace. The technicians Brad and Curtis were extremely helpful and resolved our issue with the gas valve replacement on our fireplace. My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart

later, they called and said there was a cancalation for the same day, and sent the tech very soon.
The machine was fixed within two hours ( it looked like it was a very complicated job ... )
he didnt charge me anything over the price he quoted me ...
the machine is now fixed and works like new!

I can't say enough about how good my experience with Randy's Appliances was.
Had a broken Samsung washing machine - called and got a real human voice (5 minutes before closing time) - Randy's wife :)
I was given very reasonable pricing and washer was fixed within a couple of days.
I'm glad I found a local business I feel great about supporting!
It boils down to one very simple thing: THEY CARE! And they're not greedy like most these days.
